Rosa leads the electrical, protection and instrumentation crews and has spent nine years at Powergen after starting as an instrument technician.
Ben Carrington
Ben runs the wind farm and hydro crews and the dam safety program, and has been with the business since the wind farm was commissioned eight years ago.
Nadine Faulkner
Nadine plans the major outages and the long term maintenance strategy and joined Powergen three years ago from an engineering consultancy.
Jordan Meyer
Jordan owns the safety, environment and quality systems and the permit system, and has been at Powergen for four years after working in mining safety.
Callum Reid
Callum operates the combined cycle units and remote sites on panel B and has been a controller for three years after two years as a field operator.
Mei Ling Chua
Mei Ling maintains pumps, valves and seals on the steam and water cycle and is the crew's alignment specialist after seven years on site.

Tyler carries out turbine maintenance and fault repairs at Ridgeback and has been on the renewables crew for two years since finishing an apprenticeship.
